3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 General Policy

All purchases and memberships on MetropoliTango World are final unless otherwise stated.
We may, however, offer partial or full refunds in specific situations.

3.2 Memberships & Listings

• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and have not used any service benefits, you may request a full refund.

• Renewals are charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.3 Event Registrations

• Event cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may qualify for a 50% refund.

• No refunds are provided for cancellations within 14 days of the event date unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

• If an event is postponed or canceled by us, participants will be offered a refund or credit.

3.4 Technical or Payment Errors

If a payment was charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction), please contact admin@metropolitangoworld.com within 7 days for resolution.

3.5 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email admin@metropolitangoworld.com with:

• Full name

• Transaction date & amount

• Reason for the request

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. B3 Website Limited

Our website is hosted on B3 Website Limited. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through B3 Website Limited data storage, databases, and the general B3 application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then B3 Website Limited stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
